2011 — a little bit bigger, a little bit better

Alright my lovers! Welcome to our new site!*

So this year is looking like it's going to be a little bit bigger, and a bit better, which we are very excited about! We have the biggest name yet gracing the main stage in the form of Dodgy, backed up by the soon to be huge Man Like Me. Combine this with some seriously heavyweight dj talent in the form of Vadim and Soul Of Man, both of whom are sure to pack out what will be a slightly larger marquee this year, and we're in for an even bigger, sweatier mess!

We're also delighted to announce that we'll have djs laying down some blissed out, rock-a-billy, hot reggae reggae grooves during the day on our new stage, which also doubles up as the Mid-Somerset News Battle Of The Bands stage in the evenings, showcasing yet more freshly squeezed local talent.

The High-Grade Rockers Dub Soundsystem tent returns once again, and this too has been teased out in capacity, so you can expect an even more skank-tastic time getting your grind on in there!

Professor Gary Wilson's traditional Punch & Judy show returns after the knockout performances dished out at last year's festival. Plus, Mr Richard Ballinger, magician, conjurer and all-round excellent person will be entertaining us a with a magic show on Friday evening in The Arts Tent, which will once again be host to our creative arts project, giving the little 'uns an opportunity to get messy making things.  And of course, the Family Camping area remains, with it's own loos and washing facilities. We've also got a greater selection of organic food on offer this year, providing the vegetarians amongst us with a better selection.
