South West based DJ Louie Louie will be bringing his retro rockets to Farmfestival 2011. Expect a juke joint rabble rousing and rockin' vintage set that takes in 50's R&B, 60's garage rock, rockabilly/R&R, surf rock and Northern Soul thats sure to bring out the twisting Thurman and Travolta's in you.

It's a busy summer for DJ Louie Louie and by the time he drops the likes of; The Kingsmen, The Sonics, Screamin' Jay Hawkings and Gene Vincent at Farmfest he'll have just passed on the boogie fever at Volksfest and at his residency in the Delux Diner in Shangri-la at Glastonbury.

His own 'Sophisticated Boom Boom' nights have been keeping feet thumping and hearts pumping for nearly ten years at various venues around the South West and his current regular night at The Bikeshed in Exeter.

Its only Rock n Roll, but we like it!
